Please note when using Lumiz
The plastic tab on the solar module must be removed vertically, not torn off diagonally. This prevents a piece of plastic from getting stuck between the battery and the solar module. Upon purchase, the battery is not fully charged. Once this power is depleted, the battery must be charged by placing/hanging the solar module in sunlight. After charging, you can test whether the LED light illuminates by placing your hand over the solar panel. If you want to hang the LUMIZ in a tree, make sure it is not directly under the leaves. This prevents the solar panel from receiving sufficient sunlight for proper operation. The same applies to covered areas. Under optimal conditions, the LUMIZ can glow for 6-8 hours in direct sunlight, with a charging time of 6-8 hours. The light intensity may decrease after 5-6 hours of use. In summer, the lantern absorbs more energy than in other seasons. The LUMIZ will also illuminate on sunny winter days, although the burning time will be slightly shorter.
