SHIPPING
We work with GLS for shipping our packages. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code via email from the carrier (please also check your spam folder). This email contains all information regarding the delivery of your order. You can also click on a link in this email if you are unable to receive your order on the suggested day and time slot. You then have the option to make a new delivery appointment or select a parcel shop near you to pick up the package at your convenience.
If you order before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. GLS usually delivers the next business day, with the exception of Friday through Sunday. No rights can be derived from this delivery agreement:
Ordered Monday to Thursday before 3:00 PM, delivered the next business day.
Ordered Friday to Sunday, delivered on Tuesday.
RETURNS
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking or there may be another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. The costs for return from your home to the webshop are for our account.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@abouthome.nl. For returning our packages, we use PostNL.
We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
