> Where can I ask a question about the product?
We are available daily (Mon-Fri) via our email address info@abouthome.nl. We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours. Whether you need more information about a product you are interested in or have a question about your product after purchase, we are here to help!
Ordering

> How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Click on the product you would like to order. Then click on 'add to cart'. The product has been added to your shopping cart. Then click on the shopping cart at the top right to view all products in your shopping cart. Then click on 'Proceed to checkout' and follow the steps of the checkout process.

> How do I cancel my order?
Cancelling your order is only possible if your order has not yet been packed and/or shipped. To do this, send an email to info@abouthome.nl, stating your order number and 'CANCEL' in the subject of your email. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and immediately refund your purchase amount. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package at the door. Once the package has been returned, we will refund the purchase amount.

> How do I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot change the delivery address yourself. If you still want to change the delivery address, please send an email to info@abouthome.nl. State your order number and 'ADDRESS CHANGE' in the subject of your email. Your delivery address will then be changed, provided your order has not yet been packed and/or shipped. If the package has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to adjust the delivery address. We always advise you to contact us if you have provided incorrect information, we are happy to help you get the package to the right place.

> How can I pay?
Currently, you can place your order with: iDEAL, Credit Card (Mastercard), Maestro. It is also possible to pay with 'KLARNA - Pay later'.

> Can I pay cash?
Cash payment is not possible. We do not accept cash payments at the door. Your order must be paid for via our website when ordering.

> Where can I find the invoice for my order?
You will automatically receive the invoice for your order in your mailbox. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The invoice will be attached to this email.

> Is it possible to pay afterwards?
No, unfortunately, this is not yet possible. We are currently working hard to add this option to the payment options.

> How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
As soon as we have received your returned package, it will be checked and processed, this will happen within a maximum of 5 working days after receiving your return. After checking, your purchase amount will be refunded. How quickly the money appears in your bank account depends on your payment method and bank.

For orders from €40, shipping is FREE

> How can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code or link from the carrier. This allows you to see exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive the Track & Trace code and/or link as soon as your order has been packed and picked up by the carrier. As soon as your package has arrived at the sorting center, you will receive additional information about when your package will be delivered.

> Until what time can I order if I want my order delivered tomorrow?
If you ordered before 3:00 PM on weekdays, you will generally receive your order the next day*. Due to busy periods with carriers, it can sometimes happen that your package is not delivered the next day.
Ordered on Monday before 3:00 PM, delivered on Tuesday.
Ordered on Tuesday before 3:00 PM, delivered on Wednesday.
Ordered on Wednesday before 3:00 PM, delivered on Thursday.
Ordered on Thursday before 3:00 PM, delivered on Friday.
Ordered on Friday before 3:00 PM, delivered on Monday.* This applies to orders and deliveries within the Netherlands.

> Who can I contact about the delivery of my package?
You can always contact our customer service via info@abouthome.nl if you have any questions about your products, your order, or the delivery of your package. Always state your order number in the subject of your email.
Returns

> How do I report my order for return?
Reporting your order for return is easy. Send an email to info@abouthome.nl and state your order number and 'RETURN' in the subject of your email. You will receive return instructions and your return label from us.

> How should I pack my package for return?
To return your order, use the same packaging in which you received the package. If you no longer have the original packaging, no problem! You can return your order here in any packaging. Make sure the packaging is sturdy and securely sealed, to minimize the risk of damage.

> Can my return be picked up at home?
No, unfortunately, this is not (yet) possible. We are currently working hard to make this possible for you.

> What is the return period?
You can report your order for return up to 14 working days after receipt. You then have another 14 days to return your order.

> What is the status of my return?
Keep your proof of shipment safe; you can track your return package using the package number on your proof of shipment. Once the package has been delivered, your return will be checked and processed within 5 working days. After processing, your purchase amount will be refunded. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
